Loulou might have raised my expectations for every restaurant in New York. We sat outside on a busy Chelsea corner with plenty of people watching, and the staff made me feel welcome right away. Water arrived quickly, followed by treats, so things were already looking pretty good. Then I found out they have an entire menu just for dogs, with actual meals to choose from. I went with the chicken bowl and briefly forgot all my manners when it arrived. Understandable. Friendly staff, water, treats, plenty going on around you, and your own dinner menu. Not much else I can ask for. 4 out of 4 paws.
